Design Guide rules
1878 rules · JSON
Every design rule with its domains, formula, citation, verbatim source quote, tabletop applicability note, and 1–5 applicability level (breadth, not importance — see methodology). Sources are given as public citations; rules are source extracts, not validated requirements.
-
Annotated bibliography
283 documents · JSON
The Library index: title, authors, year, era, document type, topics, editorial annotation, relevance scores, and verified outbound links where documents are legitimately available online.

World cyclotron census (quarterly snapshot)
1564 machines · snapshot 2026-10-04 · JSON · CSV · CC BY-NC 4.0
The directory snapshot: identity, location with stated precision, category, current status, technical class (architecture, particles, energy), verification date, and tour availability per machine. Refreshed quarterly; the snapshot date is in the header. Records are verified against public sources, retained and available to researchers on request.
Licenses
The design rules and the bibliography are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0): use, share, and adapt them freely, with attribution to “Cyclotron Info (cyclotroninfo.com)”. The underlying source documents remain under their own copyrights — the license covers this site’s compilation, annotations, and ratings.
The census snapshot is published under CC BY-NC 4.0 with the same attribution: free for research, teaching, journalism, and every non-commercial use; commercial reuse by arrangement (info@cyclotroninfo.com). The facts themselves are not restricted by any license; the license covers the compilation.
A BibTeX export of the bibliography is available on the Library page, and suggested citation formats for the site and the datasets are on the researchers & librarians page. Corrections and additions: info@cyclotroninfo.com. See the editorial methodology for how these datasets are produced and what their status labels mean.
